Ses Vistes has 8 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Six of the bedrooms can be arranged with super king size beds or large twin beds according to preference. The other two have fixed super king beds. All bedrooms benefit from individual climate control, BOSE bluetooth speakers and WiFi.
Surrounded by olive trees and built from the natural slate rock on which it stands, the house has been carefully designed to blend in with the landscape. Designed by Catalan architect Fernando Torrent and with interiors by Mikkel Aranburuzabala of Bilbao, the focus is on space and light, with every window seeming like a picture looking out over the most spectacular views.
The villa is modern in design and style and equipped to the highest standards with wi-fi, satellite TV, DVD, under floor heating in the main living spaces, individual temperature control in every bedroom. Cameras are located around the perimeter of the property for security.
Downstairs there is a large living space, with an indoor courtyard and ‘daylight’ lighting, that can be used for games, entertainments, exhibitions or teaching. There is a large screen cinema with satellite TV/DVD/computer connections and a good collection of DVDs. Separate areas off the living area include a table tennis room, an art preparation room and indoor passageway to the sauna, room with a pool table and swimming pool complex.
The main living area has large panoramic windows with views out over the pool and bay and over the Mediterranean up to the lighthouse at Cap de Creus. This is a spectacular space for entertaining, exhibitions or just general relaxation.
